Terms:
- $500 non-refundable payment to reserve the date. Applied towards rental fee. Balance due 2 weeks prior to event.
- $300 cash refundable damage deposit due on date of event and refunded after event if no damages occur.
- Beer & Wine can be served to guests, but NOT SOLD. No cash bars allowed.
- Forms of payment are cash, checks and money order.
Hours of Usage:
- Weekday Evening Rental: 7:00pm till 2:00am
- Friday Rental: 7:30pm till 2am
- Saturday Rental:10am till 2am.
- Sunday Rental: 2pm till 2am
