Terms:

  • $500 non-refundable payment to reserve the date. Applied towards rental fee. Balance due 2 weeks prior to event.
  • $300 cash refundable damage deposit due on date of event and refunded after event if no damages occur.
  • Beer & Wine can be served to guests, but NOT SOLD. No cash bars allowed.
  • Forms of payment are cash, checks and money order.

Hours of Usage:

  • Weekday Evening Rental: 7:00pm till 2:00am
  • Friday Rental: 7:30pm till 2am
  • Saturday Rental:10am till 2am.
  • Sunday Rental: 2pm till 2am
